PAYMENT OPTIONS
Memberships are accepted throughout
the year. Check what applies:
_____ Summer Payment in full: $525 per share with Agreement Form.
_____ Summer Payment in installments: $175 with agreement form, then two
installments
of $175 each to be paid in full by July 31.
_____ Winter Payment in Full $160 per share with Agreement
Form.

I understand that this is a Community Supported venture and that, although the farmer is committed to the best of
his ability to provide high-quality and as naturally as possible grown produce, there are risks in agriculture (Mother Nature's
whims) that need to be shared by the whole community. I understand that my payment of $525 for the summer entitles me
to a weekly share of the produce harvested by the George Hall Farm CSA during the growing season. The Winter fee of
$160 may be an additional fee and may be included with payment.
